Lee Joon's tattoo - fake or real?

So as you might have noticed in MBLAQ's comeback stage, our innocent Joonie has gotten a star tattoo~
If you look closer you might notice his reddish skin which means the tattoo is real. You can watch the performance here~

Actually when i first saw his tatto the first thing that pop up on my mind was Hyunah!
Déjà there's a rumour going on that they might be dating. but the tatto reminded me of her exact same ( fake ) tatto that she had during cha-cha-cha-change promotions. so i was like... maybe this is a hint? anyways~ Joon's tatto is so effin' hot regardless *o*
